It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Banguela Arcadipane of Queens, New York, who passed away on April 22, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Julia Banguela leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Teresa Banguela of Pedrero and Salvador Banguela; and her brother Juan Tomas Banguela. She is survived by: her husband William Arcadipane; her son Salvador Banguela Arcadipane (Frannie DeSimone Arcadipane); and her grandchildren, Massimo and Marco Arcadipane. She is also survived by her many in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Park Funeral Chapels (2175 Jericho Turnpike, Garden City Park, NY 11040). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pinelawn Memorial Park (2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
