Though Patricia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Patricia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Branch Funeral Home of Commack (2115 Jericho Turnpike, Commack, NY 11725). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location. A prayer will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (3620 Tilden Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11203).
