She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Giacobello and Mario Giacobello of Astoria, Queens.. She is survived by: her husband Richard Sarno; her daughter Melissa Sarno; her son-in-law Tyler Reed; and her grandchildren, Emily Reed and Owen Reed.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Homes - Hicksville (47 Jerusalem Ave, Hicksville, NY 11801). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Locust Valley Cemetery (117 Ryefield Rd, Locust Valley, NY 11560).
