He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Pamela and Fred Jr.; his son-in-law Thomas; and his grandsons, Vince and Dean.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (20 Hicksville Rd, Bethpage, NY 11714). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Bernard's R. C. Church (3100 Hempstead Tpke, Levittown, NY 11756).
