With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Simon Jaworski O. S. F. (Northport, New York), who passed away on September 13, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Simon may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Simon touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Victoria Jaworski of New York and John Jaworski of Austria-Hungary. He is survived by: his nephews, Peter, Matthew J. and Charles J.; his great-nieces, Emily and Sophia; and his great-nephew William.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Angels Chapel at St. Anthony's High School (275 Wolf Hill Rd, Melville, NY 11746). A Mass will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM at the Cemetery of the Holy Rood (111 Old Country Rd, Westbury, NY 11590).
