He is survived by: his son Richard (Patty); his wife Bette; his siblings, Nancy and Peter (Maryann) of Lee Avenue; his daughters, Lisa (Jimmy), Gina (Rob) and Lori (Lenny); and his grandchildren, James (Jenna), Cassandra (Bryan), Ryan (Cassie), Jessica (Nick), Caitlyn (Ben), Sara and Emilia. He is also survived by his nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Homes (125 W Old Country Rd, Hicksville, NY 11801). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, June 17th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Stephen's Lutheran Church (270 S Broadway, Hicksville, NY 11801). A burial was held on Wednesday, June 17th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pinelawn Memorial Park (2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
