He is survived by: his children, Christopher Bell (Elizabeth), Andrea Macey (Andrew), Laura Schmidt (Brandon) and Jamie Bell; his grandchildren, Kaelyn, Madelyn, Gavin and Ryan; and his siblings, Mary Bell and Robert Bell (Linda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Homes (125 W Old Country Rd, Hicksville, NY 11801). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (17 Fordham Ave, Hicksville, NY 11801). A committal service will be held on Friday, June 19th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933).
