Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Ellen for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Matthew (Janice), Theresa and Edward (Rosemarie); her grandchildren, Alisha Monahan, Justin, Amanda and Brandon; and her great grandchildren, Emma and Ethan.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Charles J. O'shea Funeral Home (603 Wantagh Ave, Wantagh, NY 11793). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. James R. C. Church (80 Hicksville Rd, Seaford, NY 11793).
