She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Owens and Myrtle Phillips Owens; her husband Lester Ball; and her brothers, Earl, Ronald, Eddie and Larry.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Hart (Todd) of Rosemount, MN and Kelli Cogdill (Dan) of East Moline; her grandchildren, Rachel Goldstein (Dima), Lindsay Buchholz (Jon), Tyler Hart (Tiffani) and Travis Hart (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Maxime Goldstein, Henry Hart and Hudson Hart; and her siblings, Joyce Melear and Buck Owens.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schroder Mortuary - Silvis (701 1st Ave, Silvis, IL 61282). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at the Greenview Memorial Gardens (1201 Avenue of the Cities, East Moline, IL 61244).
