She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick LeRoy and Helen LeRoy (Van Dyke); her husband James V. Morrissey; her children, Michael, Cynthia and Matthew Morrissey; her grandson Michael Sweeney; and her siblings, Joanne Blaser, Doloris Curtis and Frederick LeRoy, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Terece "Terri" Morrissey (Andrew Hickson) of Cave Creek, AZ, Julie Sweeney (Buzz) of Palm Springs, CA and Martin Morrissey (Kit) of Edwardsville, IL; her daughter-in-law Angela Morrissey (Michael) of Port Charlotte, FL; her grandchildren, Miguel Morrissey, Manuel Morrissey, Joshua Ivanoff, Amanda Ivanoff, Jayson Ivanoff, Catrina Parks, Margaret Morrissey, Matthew Morrissey and Nathaniel Morrissey; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Ivanoff, Jaycie Ivanoff, Daisy Ivanoff, Charlee Parks, Lucas Morrissey and John Morrissey.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Pius X Catholic Church (2502 29th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Pius X Catholic Church or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
