He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick D. Meguffy and Virginia "Gina" Nelson Meguffy; and his brothers, Daniel and Joel Meguffy. He is survived by: his wife Susan Meguffy of Reynolds, IL; his children, Emily Whipple (Chad) of Sherrard, IL and Ryan Meguffy (Jessica) of Reynolds, IL; his grandchildren, Kaden, Trevin and Grace; his siblings, Kelly Meguffy (Maggie) of East Moline, IL, Margaret "Meg" Woolsey (Terry) of Cambridge, IL and Patrick Meguffy (Mary) of Milan, IL; and his sister-in-law Bev Meguffy of Hillsdale, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (201 4th Ave E, Milan, IL 61264). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory (201 4th Ave E, Milan, IL 61264).
Memorials may be made in care of the Tunnels for Tower Foundation.
