He is survived by: his wife Carol Burns; his children, Aron Burns (Amy) and Amy Bowling (Gary); his grandchildren, Paige Jones (Hunter), Brooklyn Burns, Reilly Weaver (Colin Hall) and Payton Bowling; his great grandchildren, Emmett Jones and Emory Jones; and his sisters, Faith Jordan (Doyle) and Brenda Kratzberg (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wendt Funeral Home (1811 15th St Pl, Moline, IL 61265). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Rock Island National Cemetery (4205 30th St, Rock Island, IL 61201).
