He was predeceased by: his father Benny Bell; his nephew Jeremy Franks; and his pet Lucy. He is survived by: his mother Betty Bell; his wife Debra Roeper; his pet Jack; and his siblings, Marcy Anderson (Rick), Sandra Helgason (Brad), Brenda Kauzlarich (Craig), Kim Sikorski (Mark), Karla Johnston (Bruce) and Karen VanOpdorp (Todd). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Schroder Mortuary - Silvis (701 1st Ave, Silvis, IL 61282). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at the Rose Lawn Cemetery (6011 38th Ave, Moline, IL 61265).
