She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Ronald Reveal and Craig Carty. She is survived by: her parents, Lindsay Reveal of Columbus and Ronald Carty of Moline; her brother Craig Carty of Moline; her grandmothers, Vicki Carty of Moline and Kathleen Porter of Columbus; her great-grandparents, Marilyn Reveal of Alpha and Sally Lane of Moline; her aunt Brooke Carty-Wheelan; her uncle Christopher Wheelan of Port Byron, Illinois; and her cousins, Nevaeh, Reece Wheelan and Isis Hook.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home (701 12th St, Moline, IL 61265). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established in Caitlyn's memory.
