He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Griffin and Jeanie Griffin (Windell); his sister Rita Griffin; and his brother-in-law Duane Park. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Vicki Lemenager (Evan) of Argyle, WI, Mark Griffin of Harrisburg, PA and Mike Griffin of Geneseo, IL; his siblings, Marcella Park of Moline, IL, Gary Griffin (Harriet) of Orion, IL and Russell Griffin (Tracy) of Geneseo, IL; his grandchildren, Samantha Howard (Tim), Stephanie Williams, Michelle Williams, Allison Griffin, Sophia Griffin, Mitchell Griffin and Maddie Griffin; and his great grandchildren, Grayson, Parker, Walker and Crew Howard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Vandemore Funeral Home - Geneseo (580 E Ogden Ave, Geneseo, IL 61254). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Unity Point Hospice.
