He was predeceased by: his mother Lauri Nelson (Eldridge). He is survived by: his father William A. Nelson; his wife Melissa (McCannon); his sons, Joshua Peve (Ashleigh) and Colton McCannon (Taylor); and his siblings, Randy Nelson (Heidi), Mike Craft (Melody), Jeff Nelson (Lori), Robbie Sanderson, Julie Nelson (Chris) and Lisa Mason (Chris). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory - Rock Island (3030 7th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
