He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Popp and Florence Schowalter Popp; his daughter Sheryl Ann Popp; and his brother Robert Popp. He is survived by: his wife Helen Popp of Moline; his children, Robert Popp (Melisa) of Moline and Jennie Deibert (Dan) of Waukesha, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Sabrinna, Nathaniel, Zachary and Keon; and his brothers, Dennis C. Popp of Killeen and Richard Popp (Diane) of Taylor Ridge, Illinois.. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the 15th Avenue Christian Church (3600 15th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
