With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Christine E. Hoerrmann of East Moline, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 18, 2025 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Christine E. Hoerrmann to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy "Red" Calvert and Suzanne Calvert (DePlancke); her husband Richard W. "Dick" Hoerrmann; her siblings-in-law, Phyllis Evans, Bill Evans, Tom Potter and Dick Newberg; and her nephew David Potter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Vershaw and Carrie Carroll (Chuck) of Edina, MN; her grandchildren, Michael Vershaw, Emily Spiegel (Luke) and Charlie Carroll; her siblings, Kathy Creen (Tom) and Steve Calvert; her niece Erin Delf (Brian); her great-nephew Jacob Delf; and her sisters-in-law, Barb Newberg and Karen Smith (Terry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rafferty Funeral Home (2111 1st Street A a, Moline, IL 61265, USA). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Moline High School Class of 1959 Scholarship Fund or QC PAWS.
