He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Willey and Thelma Willey (Hanchett); his wife Colleen Willey; and his sister Eleanor Keonig. He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Beerbower (Gary) of Moline, IL, Nancy Talik (Stephen) of Coal Valley, IL, Julie York (Wyatt) of Sherrard, IL and Mike Willey of Arizona; and his grandchildren, Robert Lieby (Amy) of Virginia, MN, Jesse Willey of Minnesota, Emily Talik of LeClaire, IA, Lynn Hergert (Jeramy) of Sherrard, IL, Marty York (Jody) of Cambridge, IL and Bruce Willey of Arizona. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Runge Mortuary (838 E Kimberly Rd, Davenport, IA 52807). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mortuary Chapel.
