Though Barbara may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Barbara leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Sutter and Darlene Sutter (Dickerson); her daughter Pamela Jean; and her brothers-in-law, Monte and Brian Keller.
She is survived by: her husband Neal Keller of Illinois City; her siblings, Deb Eberts (Jim) of Andalusia and Steve Sutter of Rock Island; and her sister-in-law Janis Reddick of East Moline. She is also survived by many cousins, extended family.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Illinois City Town Hall (130 N 4th St, Springfield, IL 62701).
