He is survived by: his wife Sue Jones; his children, Denise DeVoss, Joe DeVoss, Jr., Jami DeVoss, Jennifer Troutwine (Tom Perkins), Jeremy Troutwine (Sarah) and Jeff Troutwine; his grandchildren, Kiyla, Kori, Shyan, McCree, Riley, Natalee, Devan, Addison and Lily; his great grandchildren, Ember and Brycen; his brother Stanley DeVoss (Cindy); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Pratt and Bob Humbard (Tonya). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Schroder Mortuary - Silvis (701 1st Ave, Silvis, IL 61282). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at the Greenview Memorial Gardens (1201 Avenue of the Cities, East Moline, IL 61244).
