He is survived by: his parents, Celina Ayala of Moline and Leopoldo Garcia of Moline; his wife Julia Torres; and his children, Juan Pablo Garcia Torres of Moline and Clarita Garcia Torres of Moline. He is also survived by extended family and in-laws.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Horizon Room at Trimble Pointe (701 12th St, Moline, IL 61265). A Mass will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (412 10th St, Moline, IL 61265). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Riverside Cemetery (2700 6th Ave, Moline, IL 61265).
