She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmanuel T. Sierra and Luz-Maria Sierra (Godinez); and her brothers, Eduardo, Joseph and Gilbert Sierra.
She is survived by: her husband Jesus Villarreal of Mary's Catholic Church; her children, Maria A. Villarreal of St. Petersburg, FL, Rebecca Miller (Raymond) of Milan, Marina Villarreal-Schmitz (James) of Davenport and Jesus A. Villarreal (Lorena) of Rock Island; her grandchildren, Maria "Rosi", Miguel, Alicia, Alexis, Mason, Gabriel and Daniel; and her siblings, Luis, Henry, George, Barbara and Alejandro. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. (6601 38th Ave, Moline, IL 61265). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (3209 60th St, Moline, IL 61265).
Memorials may be made to the Moline Public Schools Foundation for the Bilingual Program.
