He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Morrison and Annie Lou Morrison (Harris); and his siblings, Ida Stewart, Jerry Morrison, John "Harvey" Morrison and Justin Morrison.
He is survived by: his wife Cloria Norton; his children, Deanne Simmons (Ronald) of Rock Island, Indiria Walls of Rock Island, Tonya Jarrett of Rock Island, Oscar Jarrett of Rock Island, James Walls of Rock Island, Angela Walls-Holland of Rock Island, LaRhonda Jarrett of Rock Island and Tasha Sierra (Michelle); and his siblings, Justine Brodnax (Woody), Dorothy "Dottie" Liggins (Wendell Miller), Della Bril (John), Wendy Morrison, Sandy Morrison, Joanne Morrison, Adrian Morrison, Tyrone Morrison and Jessica Morrison-Kirk (Joseph). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (3030 7th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
