She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph McCoy and Muriel McCoy (Christiansen); her husband Gary VanOteghem; and her son Jeffrey VanOteghem. She is survived by: her sons, Steve VanOteghem of Moline and David VanOteghem (Megan White) of Moline; her grandchildren, Jessica Rahmatulla (Ian), Kyle VanOteghem, Gabrielle VanOteghem, Alyssa VanOteghem, Mason White, Cloe White and Zane White-Edgington; her great grandchildren, Lucy, Eden VanOteghem, Avery Byrne, Norie Rahmatulla, Gianni and Eila Candela; and her siblings, Robert McCoy and Lesa Bishop.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ben Butterworth Parkway East Shelter (5420 Old River Dr, Moline, IL 61265).
