She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry White and Edith White (Shear); and her sisters, Eileen Wells and Mary Green. She is survived by: her husband Sanford "Sam" Laverne Harlan; and her brother-in-law Arnold Green. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Wendt Funeral Home (1811 15th St Pl, Moline, IL 61265). A Mass will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (1307 17th Ave, Moline, IL 61265).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Heartland Hospice, or your nearest animal shelter in Betty's memory.
