He was predeceased by: his parents, Marja Delcourt and Charles Delcourt Sr.; and his siblings, Charles and Denise. He is survived by: his children, Tom and Hannah; his grandchildren, Logan, Tiereney and Tommy; and his siblings, Alexa Ritterhoff (Eric), Pete Delcourt (Carrie) and Paul Delcourt (Rox).
A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (1631 31st Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201).
Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established in Dave's memory.
