She is survived by: her daughter Angela Hood; her grandchildren, Jose Serna Jr., Madison Serna and Isabella Serna; and her siblings, Michael (Colleen), Katherine Freeman, Suzanne Butler, Mary Carey and Elizabeth Heggen (Randy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (3030 7th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery (1500 31st Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201).
