As we bid adieu to Shirley's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Shirley has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Felker Jr. and Anna Felker (Theissen); her siblings, Howard Felker and Geraldine Felker; and her son Gerald Hanerhoff.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Hanerhoff Jr. (Cheryl) of Gardner, KS, John Hanerhoff (Kelly) of Olathe, KS, James Hanerhoff (Brenda) of Moline, IL and Janice Lambie (Rick) of Bonita Springs, FL. She is also survived by her 9 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel (2021 N University St, Peoria, IL 61604). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM.
Memorials may be directed to The American Cancer Society or First Presbyterian Church of Pekin.
