With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kham Kongkousonh of East Moline, Illinois, who passed away on September 1, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Sanh Kongkousonh; her son Samlane Kongkousonh; and her sister Mamychanh Syxaiyavong. She is survived by: her children, Souk (Inpang), Ametta, Eng (Donna), Ong (Marcy), Jay (Layai Daniel), Lanoi, Keo (Matt Williams) and Lucky; and her siblings, Khaykeo Kongkousonh and Sombounn Kongkousonh. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. (6601 38th Ave, Moline, IL 61265). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
