As we bid Deanna farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Deanna is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her father Melvin Hanshew; her husband John Popp; her son Ralph Griffin III; her mother Juanita Anderson (Glass); and her siblings, Sona Sue Anderson, James Hanshew and Patsy Ruth Hanshew.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kelsey Gonzalez (Danny) and Brianna Goodner; her great grandchild Nico Gonzalez; and her friend Cora Bruner.
