He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Milnes and Shirley Milnes (Johnston); and his son William David Milnes. He is survived by: his children, Mary-Kate Milnes, Maggie Milnes, Michael Morales (Kristin) and Melissa Kelchen (Austin); his siblings, Margaret Pratt, Edith Danhakl and Jean Reinhard; and his grandchildren, Olivia and Lucas Morales.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory.
Memorials may be made to the family.
