He was predeceased by: his parents, George Baylor and Marie Baylor (Iler); and his brother Paul Dallas Baylor (Chad Grimes). He is survived by: his wife Mary Schroeder; his children, Shelly Parks (Jim) of Milledgeville, IL, Sandra Schmidt (Chad) of Milledgeville, IL, Scott Grimes of Loxely, AL and Carrie Trevino (Lee) of Columbus Junction, IA; his sister-in-law Sue Schroeder; his niece Meg Schroeder; and his grandchildren, Justin Parks (Kelley), Jolee Gruhn (Ryan), Samantha Schmidt, Alexandra Schmidt, Alysa Behrens (Bryan), Andrew Grimes, Erin Bramble, Molly Bramble, Jack Grimes and Kylie Grimes. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rafferty Funeral Home (2111 1st Street A a, Moline, IL 61265, USA). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials can be made to Milledgeville High School FFA in Roger's name.
