He is survived by: his wife Carla Conrad; his children, Todd Hazen (Kris), Kimberly Woolf (Steve), Milan and Nicole Powell (Billy); his grandchildren, Liz Hazen, Hayley Fiedler, Emily Hazen, Zachary Woolf, Nathan Woolf and Kaiden Woolf; his great grandchildren, Carter, Camdyn, Luca and Garrett; his stepchildren, Jason, Michael, Elizabeth and Steven; his brothers, John Hazen (Mary) and Keith Hazen (Angie); and his pet Oliver.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home & Crematory (201 4th Ave E, Milan, IL 61264). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (3300 24th St, Rock Island, IL 61201).
