She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyriel DeCommer and Augusta DeCommer (Praet); her spouses, Lorraine Reasoner (Jack) and Cleo (Gretchen); her sister-in-law Eileen Leaf; and her granddaughter Rachel Wiese.
She is survived by: her children, Gregg Manning (Marti) of Pittsford, NY, Paula Maddox of Moline, IL, Therese Wiese (Merle) of Bettendorf, IA, Shawn Manning (Karen) of LeClaire, IA and Kelan Manning (Lori) of Dubuque, IA; and her sister Leona Marie of Moline, IL.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren.
A rosary will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rafferty Funeral Home (2111 1st Street A a, Moline, IL 61265, USA). Visitation will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Pius X Catholic Church (2502 29th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201).
