Elijah touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid Elijah farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Elijah is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather David Ward. He is survived by: his parents, Scott Ward and Angie Ward; and his siblings, Seth, Delaney and Luke Ward. He is also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory - Rock Island (3030 7th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201).
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the family. 100% of donations will be designated to charities supporting Eli's passions.
