With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeffrey Mossage of Aledo, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 15, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John Mossage. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Mossage (Noppe); his wife Sue; his children, Johnna Mossage (Anthony Warrington), Jamie Lane (Deric) and Joseph Callahan (Kelly); his grandchildren, Shawn Murphy II, Wade Warrington, Leah Callahan and Sylar Callahan; and his siblings, Jill Evans (Ken), Jay Mossage (Ivy) and Jessica Schwindt (Jack). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory - Rock Island (3030 7th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Common Chord Education Fund.
