He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lofquist and Eleanor Koch Lofquist; his daughter Kelly Lofquist; his siblings, Linda Ludwig and Robert Lofquist; and his uncle Edward Koch.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Boyd (Josh), Daniel Lofquist (Lisa) and Amber Grobe; his grandchildren, Katelynn, Baylie, Paige of Miracle, TJ, Hunter, Dakota, Keegan, Logan, Ethan, Braytan, Hillary, Hannah and Hailey; his great grandchildren, Zeppelin, Brody, Olivia, Hendrix and Madison; and his siblings, Julie Aring (Joe), Kim Lofquist (Betty) and Billy Lofquist.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Schroder Mortuary- Colona (213 1st St, Colona, IL 61241). A Mass will be held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Patrick Catholic Church (201 1st St, Colona, IL 61241). A burial will be held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at the Rock Island National Cemetery.
