He was predeceased by : his parents, Jessie James and Sarah Estelle Farley (Johnston); and his siblings, Cerilla Billingsley and John E. Farley. He is survived by : his children, Monty Farley of Wood River, Brian Farley (Connie Carpenter Farley) of Godfrey and Evonda Copeland of Scottsdale, AZ; and his grandchildren, Dylan and Alvina Farley.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Paynic Home For Funerals (618 E Airline Dr, East Alton, IL 62024). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 11th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
