It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward James Fitzgerald of Orland Park, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 16, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Fitzgerald and Sally Bloom. He is survived by : his wife Linda Benash Fitzgerald; his children, Curtis M. Fitzgerald (LuAnn) of Chicago, IL, Kara L. Fitzgerald-O'Looney (Patrick) of Elmhurst, IL and Edward J. Fitzgerald (Val) of Bolingbrook, IL; his grandchildren, Alyssa Wolfe Johnson (Todd), Jack Wolfe, Arianna, Haley and Hannah Fitzgerald (Ken Sanchez); and his sister Kathleen Quinn.
A reception will be held on Sunday, February 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 14025 S Cicero Ave, Crestwood, IL 60445.
