She was predeceased by : her parents, Fredrick "Brink" Nelson and Francis Johnson Nelson; her husband Donald A. Nelson; her granddaughter Hilary; her siblings, Darlene Waugh and Dale Nelson; and her son-in-law Jim Jensen.
She is survived by : her children, Sherry Griffin (Bill) of Galesburg, Deb Jensen of Woodhull and Rick Nelson (Julie) of Columbia; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Chris, Sam, Sarah, Catherine and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Molly, Sadie, Addie, Madison, Piper, Gracie, Garrett, William, Henry, Cooper, Charley, Owen, Ryan and Rose.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Peterson Wallin Knox Funeral Home- Woodhull (525 N Division St, Woodhull, IL 61490).
Memorial contributions can be made to the family where a memorial will be designated at a later date.
