He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Max "Cotton" Russell, John and Mary Lou Birtas. He is survived by : his parents, Kimberly Birtas of Joliet and George Birtas; his step-mother Laura Birtas of Roselle; his children, Theseus "Theo", Tydeus "Ty" and Athena; his sisters, Amanda Bumgarner (Jacob) and Alexandra Birtas; his nephew Xavier; his step-siblings, Alexander, Christian Chara and Courtney Chara; and his grandmother Sharon "Nini" Russell. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home (3200 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60431). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Homes - Joliet (3200 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60431). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 10th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Elmhurst Cemetery (1212 E Washington St, Joliet, IL 60433).
