With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Mae Seyferth of Sparta, Illinois, who passed away on March 11, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Charles Douglas Seyferth; her great grandchildren, Hunter Daniel Seyferth and Colton Wanless; her siblings, Harold Earl Burns, Clyde Williams Burns, Lee Edward Burns, Dorothy Louise Burns Bilane and Flora Mae Burns; her daughter-in-law Gabriele Seyferth; her sister-in-law Linda Snider; and her nieces and nephews, Larry Edward Burns, Keith Charles Bilane, Phyliss Presswood and Barbara Burns.
She is survived by : her sons, David Charles Seyferth (Barbara) of Sparta, IL, Paul Douglas Seyferth of Fayetville, NC, Roger Dale Seyferth (Michelle) of Sparta, IL and Daniel Paul Seyferth of Sparta, IL; her grandchildren, Robert Wagner (Tammy), Amanda Hines (Lance), Brandon Seyferth (Holly), Susan Seyferth, Ashley Westenberger (Jason), Brittany Wanless, Jonathon Seyferth, Jessica Marks and Calysia Hoskens; her great grandchildren, Anna, Madison, Amanda, Ares, Niklaus, Faithlynn and Nathan; and her sisters-in-law, Kathryn Burns and Donna Young. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, March 18th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Heil-Schuessler & Sinn Funeral Home (111 W Main St, Sparta, IL 62286). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
