He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Henninger and Carol Henninger (Tisdale); and his wife Sherry A. Donath. He is survived by : his children, Frank Henninger (Janel) of Washington and Ryan Henninger (Jennifer) of Greenwood; his step-children, Shayna Grant (Shane) of Del City, Tabatha Schultz (Joseph) of Canton, Felicia Anglin (Cody) of Forest City, Toni Bell (Daniel) of Greenview and Dale Cookson II of Arenzville; and his brothers, Walter Dean Henninger (Janice) of Havana, Dave Henninger of Manito and Darren Henninger (Susan) of Oak Creek, Wisconsin.. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, one great-granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hurley Funeral Home - Havana (217 N Plum St, Havana, IL 62644). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made in Richard's name to VFW Post #6408 or American Legion Post #138.
