It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Delaney of Woodlawn, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Dortha Szarwinski (Nickrent) and Arthur Szarwinski; her cousin Judy Bennett of Mattoon, Illinois; and her sister Karen McNealy. She is survived by : her nephews, Lee McNealy and David Marks of Carbondale, Illinois; her niece Pamela Fox (Carl); her aunts, Barbara Parrott, Martina Kitowski and Patricia Martin; and her close friend Judy Bowman.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hughey Funeral Home (1314 Main St, Mt Vernon, IL 62864). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Connie's honor to Saint Michael Cemetery.
