It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Fulling Sr. of Machesney Park, Illinois, born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on March 25, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Clyde C. Fulling and Adeline M. Fulling (Cichella); his adoptive father Warren Franklin; his grandparents, Frank and Mary Cichella; and his siblings, Sylvia J. Hosking, Charles Franklin, Ingrid Amberg and David P. Fulling.
He is survived by : his wife Nina Sacco; his sons, John Fulling, Jr. (Susan) and Peter Fulling (Lori); his grandchildren, Ali Watson (Greg), Emily Fulling, Cassidy Lopez (Sheldon) and Caleb Fulling; his siblings, Beverly Franklin, Teresa Roberts (Randy) and Peter Franklin (Sherry); his close friends, Mary and Jim Freeman; and also, Chris and Karen Milburn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 8th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Bridget Catholic Church (600 Clifford Ave, Loves Park, IL 61111). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, April 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, April 8th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (8616 W State St, Rockford, IL 61102).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
