Francis of Collinsville, Illinois, born in Jena, Louisiana, who passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Mary Ellen; his brothers, Robert Gerald Francis and Garlan Dale Francis; and his parents, Woodrow (Velma) and Francis.
He is survived by : his children, Angela Francis of Collinsville, IL and David Francis of Collinsville, IL; and his siblings, Kenneth Francis (Joan) of Wappapello, MO and Kathy Pettit (Gary) of Columbia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kassly Mortuary Chapel (9900 St Clair Ave, Fairview Heights, IL 62208). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Kassly Mortuary (9900 St Clair Ave, Fairview Heights, IL 62208).
