It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia M. Conner of Peoria, Illinois, born in Pekin, Illinois, who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Martha Schroeder (Schmidgall) and Charles E. Conner (Ki) of Peoria; and her siblings, Bill Schroeder, Helen Godby and Ruth Herrman.
She is survived by : her son David (Carol) of North Port, Florida; her grandsons, Scott (Jessica) of Woodstock and Kevin (Christy) of Williamsville, Illinois; her stepgrandsons, Adam, Michael and Tedd Hawks; and her sister Johanna Peterson (Phil) of Bloominton, Illlinois..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Henderson Funeral Home & Crematory (2131 Velde Dr, Pekin, IL 61554). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at the Glendale Memorial Gardens (18119 IL-9, Pekin, IL 61554).
