He was predeceased by : his parents, Jeff Ratcliffe and Alice Ratcliffe (Flippen); and his siblings, T. L. Ratcliffe and Martha Johnson. He is survived by : his wife Denise Kidd; his children, Farrell Ratcliffe (Lori) and Diana Ratcliffe of Loves Park; his stepsons, Jason Walmer of South Beloit and Russell Walmer, Jr. of South Beloit; his grandchildren, Katie Landon (Nick), Rena Adams and Caleb Olson (Racheal); his nephews, David, Brian, Tony and Tommy; and his pets, Missy and Cali. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Delehanty Funeral Home (401 River Ln, Loves Park, IL 61111).
