He was predeceased by : his grandparents, William, Jenny Lauer, Frank and Marilyn Cobb; his aunt Denise Cobb; and his uncles, William Lauer II and Ernie Munker.
He is survived by : his sons, Parker Joseph, Briar Ashby and Granger William; his parents, Robert Joseph Lauer, Sr. (Mary) and Lana Jane Cobb of Maunie, IL; his godparents, Eddie and Kathy Frashier of Maunie, IL; his siblings, Franklin Lauer, Kristen Hughes and Jennifer Lauer; and his stepsiblings, Trisha Williams and Travis Scott. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Campbell Funeral Home (609 W Main St, Carmi, IL 62821). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 21st 2024 at the White County Memorial Gardens.
